Three Key Takeaways

1. AI Is Only as Powerful as Your Digital Foundation

Many organizations expect AI to create immediate value, but AI can only move as fast as the organization's digital infrastructure, processes, and capabilities allow.

2. Leadership Must Drive Adoption

Successful AI transformation starts at the top. Leaders must actively embrace AI, create clear expectations, and help employees overcome fears about automation and job displacement.

3. Governance Is a Competitive Advantage

Organizations that establish strong foundations for AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI use will be able to scale faster and capture more value over time.
