Dagrofa Foodservice has built a data-driven backbone that unifies customer data and processes across systems. With Dynamics 365, a SQL data platform and Azure integrations, the company now operates with a 360° customer view—driving efficiency, better service, and stronger customer relationships.


Challenge

Dagrofa Foodservice serves a broad customer base—from small cafés to Michelin-starred restaurants—across 29 Cash & Carry stores and a nationwide distribution network. With over 35,000 unique SKUs, the company needed a unified way to manage customer data, streamline quoting, and ensure consistent processes across its digital ecosystem. Fragmented data handling and manual workflows stood in the way of delivering a 360-degree view of customers and efficient service.


Solution

In collaboration with NexusOne, DGFS built a data-driven backbone for sales and service. At the core is Dynamics 365 CE Sales, acting as the central hub for all customer master data. This CRM is integrated with a SQL-based data platform, enabling seamless two-way data exchange across systems, and an Azure-based event-driven integration framework for near real-time synchronization.

The solution standardizes process management within CRM—from lead capture to quoting and ongoing customer development—ensuring that every interaction is powered by up-to-date customer insights. The modular, integration-first approach also allows new business areas to be connected quickly, supporting future innovation and scalability.

Dagrofa Foodservice now operates with a true 360-degree customer view. Sales consultants can deliver faster, more relevant offers, improving customer experiences and strengthening long-term relationships. Data is controlled, enriched, and shared consistently across teams, while standardized integrations ensure stability and speed when scaling.
