Dagrofa Foodservice equipped its many sales consultants with a mobile CRM app. The result: faster execution, less administration, and more time with customers—fueling growth and efficiency.
Challenge
Dagrofa Foodservice has set a strategic goal of winning 2,000 new customers within three years. But the sales team was working with outdated tools—manual processes in Excel and a CRM system seen mainly as a reporting tool for management.
Sales consultants, many of whom come from chef or retail backgrounds, lacked a tool that supported their daily workflow. Keeping track of meetings, leads, and follow-ups was inefficient, and there was little incentive to use CRM for driving upsell or cross-sell. The result was wasted time, errors, and missed opportunities.
Solution
Together with NexusOne, Dagrofa Foodservice developed a new mobile-first approach to CRM: a Canvas App built in Microsoft Power Platform.
The app provides sales consultants with a simple, intuitive interface where all customer and sales data is gathered in one place. They can now easily create and manage leads, track activities, request customer data changes, and follow an optimised upsell flow—directly from their phone. Automatic approval processes and real-time data integration with CRM reduce manual work and ensure smoother collaboration across teams.
Designed to match the consultants’ existing PC user interface—with seasonal visuals reflecting current assortments—the app was embraced immediately.
